Meet The Team
Kyle Lord
Founder
Kyle Lord has been an active member of the solar energy industry since 2008. He has installed hundreds of solar PV systems ranging from off-grid cabins to commercial solar gardens. Before landing in Carbondale, Kyle was the owner of a successful solar service and maintenance company and would routinely troubleshoot, fix and upgrade existing solar infrastructure. The intersection between Kyle's hands on experience and business ownership ensures high quality work with the most up to date technology and panels. When he is not working, you will find him recreating in the Colorado outdoors with his wife Emily.
Emily Lord
Co-Founder and Operations Director
Emily comes to Reconnect Clean Energy with a business background and specializes in operations, project management with an emphasis in customer service. Her strong belief in renewable energy and energy equality drove her to leave the world of technology and help advance renewables in our community. When not in the office, Emily can be found enjoying Colorado's mountain bike trails with her husband Kyle.
